How long does staging take?+
A typical staging appointment takes one day. The staging team arrives with furniture, accessories, and styling pieces, sets up the property, and it is ready for photography the same day.
Do I need to clear the property first?+
Not entirely. We can work with existing furniture and supplement it from our staging partner's inventory. We will advise before the appointment on what to move out and what to keep.
Does home staging actually improve the sale price?+
