Five apartments on The Stray.
York Place turns a landmark Harrogate property into five luxury apartments overlooking The Stray. ATC Properties appointed us as interior designer for the development, and we led the scheme from first concept and space planning through to detailed design and specification.
The brief was traditional Harrogate architecture with a contemporary finish. Made-to-order kitchens, bathrooms and joinery, with lighting, flooring and architectural detailing chosen for luxury and longevity, to make a high-end rental scheme that stands apart in the centre of town.
